How long does it typically take for me to start using RealFile upon purchase?
New accounts can be created within minutes. Once you receive your login information you can login to the system and begin using it. Real Time Solutions (RTS) will coordinate a comprehensive training and administrative setup session. RTS recommends assisting you with security and your folder structure.
Are there extra costs for storage?
The smallest package of realFile is 10GB of storate. This stores approximately 52,500 documents that average 200k per file. Once you exceed your storage allocation, there is an additional minimal cost. If you need to discuss your additional storage requirements, please contact one of our sales representatives.
Where is my data being stored? How safe is my data?
Your realFile documents are stored at the Real Time Solutions data center as well as at additional networks on the cloud.
RealFile stores and protects your data utilizing the same technology used to protect credit cards. Access to your data is controlled by realSecure, a security system that manages user roles and groups and controls access and permissions to your realFile documents.
Can I obtain a copy of my data?
Of course. We offer services that export all of your data onto removable media for a small fee. You can request your data at any time.
Do I need expensive or high end scanners to use RealFile?
Absolutely not! Depending on your scanning requirements, we can assist you in providing guidance on hardware selection. You can configure most scanners to send documents directly to realFile.
Is the integration possible?
Yes. Since realFile is a service, you can incorporate realFile into your website or other applications where you need document management.
What happens if I decide to close my account?
If you choose to close your account, we will put your data on removable media and send it directly to you.
